Cancellation Policy

**1. SERVICES RENDERED:** - Photographer agrees to provide lifestyle photography AND/OR videography services for a minimum of two hours as agreed upon with the Client. LIFESTYLE CONTENT IS ONLY USING NATURAL LIGHTING. BE SURE UPON BOOKING TO PROVIDE A SHOOT LOCATION WITH GOOD LIGHTING. **2. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:** - Client agrees to pay the full amount for the photography services upon booking. - No refunds will be provided for cancellations made by the Client. Cancellations due to weather conditions will be rescheduled for a future date rebooked by the client online only using a special promotional code. - Credits for rescheduled sessions will be provided for future use only and are transferable to others. **3. ADDITIONAL FEES AND CHARGES:** - Client is responsible for any and all parking-related fees and surcharges incurred during the photography session for photographer/videographer. No exceptions will be made. - Any additional editing/basic retouching is available and will be charged at a rate of $10 per edit by booking option online. Client must provide photo number in order notes of editing specifics. **4. DELIVERY OF PHOTOS:** - Photographer agrees to deliver all raw photos to the Client within 48-72 hours of the photography session via a Dropbox link. - Dropbox folders containing photos will be deleted within 30 days of delivery. Client is responsible for downloading and saving their photos within this timeframe. **5. LOCATION AND PERMITS:** - Client is responsible for providing the shoot location upon booking and obtaining any necessary permits for the location. - Photographer will not be held responsible for any issues arising from the lack of proper permits or permissions for shoot locations. **6. BOOKING AND HOURLY BASIS:** - Photographer is booked on a per-hour basis, and the Client understands that the duration of the session is based on the agreed-upon timeframe. - Photography services are not based on the number of looks or outfits but rather on the time duration of the session. BE SURE TO PREPARE, STRATEGIZE AND ORGANIZE SHOOT TIME. **7. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE:** - By booking a session for your Lifestyle Content Shoot, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
